The license key (or token) is a single-use code generated at the time of purchase. You use 1 token to perform 1 reset on the printer. Once the reset is successful, that token is invalidated and your printer immediately resumes working.

We support almost the entire L and XP (EcoTank) line. Common models like L3110, L3150, L3250, L3210, L4150, L4260, L5190, and L805 are fully supported. By opening the "PrintReset" program and clicking "Read counter", the system will let you know if your model is covered!

Currently, the software runs exclusively in a Windows environment (Windows 7, 8, 10 or 11). If you only have a Mac, you will need to use a virtual machine (like Parallels) running Windows or borrow a laptop just to run the software for 2 minutes.
